Worktopia is an initiative of Miracles Australia Inc and is aimed at reducing behaviour in the workplace that contributes to increasing the risk factors associated with Complex trauma disorders These conditions create a major burden for employers and impact on public health resources, welfare and judicial services, as well as causing enormous costs for the individuals and their families.

In 1998 the Miracles Project was released to address these issues and assist reduce chronic illness.
Worktopia is the first of 5 seminars to be released and offers employers and employees the opportunity to improve relationships, performance and health.

Awareness	Research	Training
Although much attention has focused on survivors of war, assault, and natural disaster, there has been a relative neglect of the effects of trauma that occurs early in life. Miracles Australia is changing this. Visit Miracles website	There is a great need world wide to enhance research to understand risk and protective factors related to complex trauma; and provide effective prevention and treatment programs. Miracles Australia is assisting this process. During the month of October a global health initiative will be launched -Whether it be in the workplace, in public or behind closed doors; everyone will be encouraged to adopt the 'I'm OK... What about you? when confronted with conflict, stressful situation or life challenges.
