is part of a training suite that is designed to raise awareness of the
risk factors associated with Complex Trauma and to assist people to
better manage behaviour toward others. Miracles Aust
is a not for profit organisation and has taken over where
Miracles Happen Inc left off. In 1996 the Miracles Project was released by
Miracles Happen Inc to address the lack of knowledge, treatment
strategies, research and public information available for the effective
management of trauma based conditions.
In
recent years, mainly due to scientific advancements, health
professionals are more
aware of the impact emotions and behaviour can have on health, wellbeing
and performance.
Miracles Australia
is involved in the delivery of
education and training services that are providing a platform to
address complex trauma at the source.
Miracles is committed to providing research, education and training
programs aimed at addressing complex trauma at the source.
About the Author

Ms Jacqueline
Stewart - Worktopia
Jacqueline is a private consultant and over the past 20 years she has consulted to a
myriad of organisations, both in the Government and Private Sector on issues
such as improving staff performance, reducing conflict and lost time due to
absenteeism in the workplace, reducing Employer liability and improving
the bottom line for organisations. .
Jacqueline has lectured nationally on the growing burden that stress related
illness paces on organisations and how employers can improve performance, health
and wellbeing by introducing emotional management tools into the workplace.
Jacqueline
has a background in Mental health and co-wrote the national fact sheets for the
10 specified personally disorders. Worktopia is the second National
Training Program that she has produced and the program has been referred
to as the missing link in Corporate Health.
